- The exhibition is specially designed for professionals in the industry. NO ADMISSION FEE is required.
- Interested parties please contact the organizer for free tickets.
- Students and children will not be allowed to enter the hall.
Visitor Registration
Invitation Ticket Holder
- Visitor please fill in a registration form at the visitor registration area (main entrance of the venue). Then goes to Visitor Registration Counter and present 2 business cards (name card) with the form to redeem for the visitor badge.
- Trade visitors without invitation tickets are also entitled to free admission. Simply follow step 1.
Visitor Pre-registration
- Successfully pre-registered visitor, please print out the confirmation letter that lists visitor registration code and then present the confirmation letter with 2 business cards (name card) to the Pre-Registered Visitor Counter to collect your visitor badge
Visa Application
Entry visa to Dongguan is granted against the INVITATION CARD extended by the Expo. For this purpose, kindly approach the Embassy of P.R.China with the INVITATION CARD.The three points should be noted:
- In the absence of a Chinese Embassy in your country, kindly approach the Embassy(Consulate) of P.R.China in a neighbouring country;
- Approach the Visa Office of the ministry ofForeign Affairs of the P.R.China in Hong Kong, if you travel to Guangzhou via that city;
