China Electricity Council and Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd join hands in organizing a new event namely International Exhibition on Energy Conservation, Environmental Power and Desulphurization & Denitrification alongside EP China / Electrical 2008. The new fair will feature a spanning of energy saving and environmental protection technology, equipment & technology of desulphurization and denitrification. It is the first time the major power corps in China, including China Huaneng, China Datang, China Huadian, and China Guodian, State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, Guangdong Nuclear China, etc. altogether in expo to showcase their achievement and future development on energy conservation and green power.

Delta-Cimic
Exhibits will be focus on energy conservation and related power products. The company will showcase their frequency energy conservation units which are widely used in power industry. Delta-Cimic's C Series UPS which applies in IDC room and important power equipment protection areas, will be introduced at the fairground.

HITACHI
Hitachi will exhibit its advanced power generating equipment, which covers a full range from thermal power equipment, hydraulic power equipment, nuclear power equipment, renewable sources, SCR system for environmental protection to gas turbine that can effectively make use of industrial waste gases, such as coke-oven gas. Looking into the future, Hitachi plans to make more contributions to China continuously.

Sorbent Technologies Corporation is a full-service mercury emission reduction provider for coal-fired power plants. The company supplies a variety of mercury sorbents, the equipment systems that inject the sorbents into flue gas streams, and mercury testing and demonstration services. Its brominated mercury sorbents have exhibited superior performance at more than twenty power plant units with a variety of coals and air pollution control configurations. Sorbent Technologies also supplies the equipment systems used at the power plant to store and inject the sorbents into the flue gases.

Formosa Heavy Industries Corp
FORMOSA has incorporated the Clean Coal Firing technology in all pulverized coal firing boilers installed in Mai-Liao Industrial Park and other FPG factories. With this technology all FORMOSA power plants had achieved the NOx, SOx and particulates emission level much lower than the air quality standards of all developed countries and Taiwan. The Clean Coal Technology now incorporated by FPG includes the following: Precise Burning Device, Low NOx Burner, SCR System, Mg(OH)2 FGD System, ESP System, Enclosed Type Coal/Ash and Handling System.
