China Power Technology Conference be Held Concurrently with
EP/ Electrical China 2006

China Power Technology Conference will be held from Oct, 31 - Nov 1, 2006 at the China International Exhibition Centre and The Great Wall Sheraton Hotel, Beijing, PR China. It is one of the concurrent activities of EP China 2006 - "The 11th International Exhibition on Electric Power Equipment and Technology" and Electrical China 2006 - "The 4th International Exhibition on Electrical Engineering, Electrical Equipment and Contractors' Supplies". With the theme of "Sustainable Development of China Power Industry", the conference will provide high level education on new technologies in power generation, transmission and distribution, in-depth analysis on key issues of the development of China power industry, renewable energy, environmental protection, safety and security. With the support of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission, State Environmental Protection Administration of China, The Energy Bureau, National Development and Reform Commission, the five major Power Group Corporations and the two Power Grid Corpporations, it is expected that over 300 delegates, from power corporations, power grid corporations, power plant contractors, related governmental departments, research institutes, etc. will attend.
EP/ Electrical China 2006 will be held from Oct 31 - Nov 3, 2006 at the China International Exhibition Centre, Beijing, PR China. The total exhibition scale is expected to reach 14,000 sqm, an increase of one-third when compared to the previous edition. It is well-regarded as the most established electric power exhibition in China, with the attendance of over 30,000 industrial professionals in the last edition.
U.S. Commercial Service, The Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology of Germany, the Korea Electrical Manufacturers' Cooperative (KEMC) of Korea, UBI France and The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic have confirmed to organize official pavilions. In addition, a number of renowned market players such as 3M, ABB, Areva, Chint, Dupont, Eaton, EDF, Emerson, NRG, Hitachi, Siemens, Hyosung, Japan AE Power System, LS Cable, LS Industrial Systems, Phoenix, Toshiba, Huadian Switchgear, Rittal, etc. will showcase their latest technology and equipment.
To cope with the increasing market potential on renewable energy, there will be a new theme zone on "Renewable Energy and New Energy" to display the latest technology and equipment. To promote technological exchange, a whole range of symposium will be held concurrently. Topics include "Power T&D Technology", "Green Power Technology", "Information Technology" and "Renewable Energy and New Energy".
EP/ Electrical China 2006 are organized by State Electricity Regulatory Commission, China Electricity Council, with invaluable support from various Power Grid Corporations and Power Group Corporations while Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd. is the overseas co-organizer.
