Auto Parts Shanghai 2007 - A Unique Business Platform for China and Overseas Automotive Suppliers Leading the way in the fast moving auto industry |

Being the world's 3rd largest automotive manufacturing country and the 2nd largest vehicle consumption country, China automotive market is huge for both OE market and aftermarket. With the substantial growth in automobile production and sales, car ownership in China is expected to increase to 60 million units by 2010. Experts from University of Michigan predicted China vehicle market would even exceed United States by 2015.
To cope with Chinese booming automotive market, Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd will join hands with Society of Automotive Engineers of China (SAE China) to stage a specialized trade fair namely Auto Parts Shanghai 2007 (Shanghai International Exhibition for Auto Parts & Accessories) again at the Shanghai International Exhibition Center, PR China from September 26-28, 2007. The last edition in 2005 attracted participation from over 220 exhibitors from 14 countries/regions as well as official pavilions which included Hong Kong (HKTDC), Korea (KITA & Gyeonggi Provincial Government), Taiwan (TTVMA) and Singapore (SIAA).
The fair succeeded in serving as a focal point of sourcing and purchasing. It showcased the latest auto parts, accessories and equipments with strong presence of hundreds of Tier 1 and Tier 2 auto parts manufacturers and car-makers from all around China and worldwide.
Perpetuated from the past success, Auto Parts Shanghai 2007 has been receiving overwhelming responses from exhibitors and international trade associations. Meanwhile, over 50% exhibition space was booked. Big brands such as 3M, Du Pont, Jacobs, GE Plastics as well as official pavilions from India, Singapore and Korea, will have prominent booth presentation in the expo. The organizer expects the show scale will expand by 50% - 60% and attract over 25,000 local and overseas trade visitors.
To facilitate deeper interactions and communications between exhibitors and visitors, a series of symposiums and technical seminars were held concurrently at the show in last edition. Professionals from leading companies and authoritative associations including Bosch, Dongfeng Motor, FAW and Shanghai Volkswagen had delivered presentations and were well-attended by visitors. In Auto Parts Shanghai 2007, the organizer will expand the scope of conferences/symposiums with more advanced technologies presented by industrial players and specialists.
Moreover, specialized theme zones will be established for visitors' convenience, featuring themes on Auto Electronics, Chemical & Raw Materials, Vehicles & Parts Manufacturing Machinery.
Besides, Auto Manufacturing Shanghai 2007 will be held alongside Auto Parts Shanghai 2007 and focus on auto manufacturing equipments and technologies. Exhibits cover mould and die, machine tools, abrasive materials & tools, welding & cutting equipments, coating & surface treatment, etc.
Auto Parts Shanghai 2007 has reached alliances with authoritative auto parts associations in East China, including Auto Parts Industry Association of Ningbo, Fenghua Automobile Motorcycle Industry Association, Cixi Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Bureau, Changzhou Automobile Motorcycle Parts Industry Association. It is no doubt that these co-operations will further enhance the show impact in the East China and its significance in the industry.
