| High-tech Zone Starts to Construct Logistics Center in Nanjing |

In the process of constructing Yangtze International Shipping and Logistics Center, another logistics center of aircraft level is to be established in Nanjing. Nanjing P.G. High-tech Logistics Base Co., Ltd. with the total investment of 500 million RMB, the annual throughput of 3 million ton and the supply of 7 million m3, officially started construction in Nanjing High-tech Zone. It will greatly upgrade the status of Nanjing as a city of logistics center in China.Nanjing High-tech Zone has formed a distinct industrial feature represented by software & electronic information, biological pharmacy, new material and vehicle manufacturing. In the past year, a group of world-famous enterprises, such as MG, Urban Rail Vehicle and KUMHO, have settled in Nanjing High-tech Zone. The rapid development of advanced manufacturing has released the demand space of modern logistics. Nanjing is in a tide of logistics construction and development.
According to incomplete statistics, at present, there are over 20 logistics projects with the single investment of over 100 million RMB that are being constructed in Nanjing, including industrial real estate logistics project by world top 500 Prologis, P.G. Logistics Base and Logistics Center of LG Electronics (China).
