In Hong Kong pavilion, exhibitors will feature a range of attractive auto parts, electronic products and rubber products for cars. Rollax will showcase auto parts including Mac Pherson Strut Unit, Tolerance Adjustment, Backpanel, Gear Retaining Bolts and Gear Retaining Bushings, Clutch Release Mechanism for Seat Height Adjustment, Steering Column Bearing, Lordosis-Lamda, Head Rest Unit. In the meantime, Atotech is one of the world's largest suppliers of process solutions for GMF (general metal finishing), PCB (printed circuit board) and semiconductor applications, and Incoe will showcase its innovative Hot Runner Solutions.
The first Hong Kong made electric car - My Car will have its first preview at the fairground. It is invented by EuAuto Technology which specializes in developing environmental-friendly vehicles, and its electric-driving system is co-developed with Hong Kong Polytechnic University. My Car-EV is a fully electric-driven vehicle with zero emission.
Besides, Hong Kong Productivity Council will present a seminar on "Hong Kong APAS R&D Centre: A Technology Partner for Solving Your Critical Components Needs".
In Singapore pavilion organized by Singapore Industrial Automation Association, the exhibitor Dynacast will demonstrate its world-leading precision die-casting of zinc, aluminium and magnesium alloys manufacturing components of less than 0.01 gram to one kilogram, utilizing proprietary multi-slide and conventional hot and cold chamber die-casting technology. Veeco is the world leader in the design and manufacture of automotive component metrology systems. Their Veeco's Wyko optical profilers, Dektak stylus profilers, and Dimension atomic force microscopes can ensure success at nearly every level of automotive component research and manufacture.
In Korea pavilion, Sinhwa Tech will introduce car interior materials proto and multi-mold part, checking fixture, as well as the technology with small quantity batch production. Perfect Rapid will exhibit FA System, Auto Assembly Machine, Precision Assembly Pallet (ENG/ TM), Motor Parts Process & Assembly, Jig & Fixture (Assembly & Measure), Carrier (Transport/ Assembly), ENG. Assembly Line Project & Equipment, etc. SEJONG on the other hand, will present Hydrogen Sensor for Fuel Cell and its Supply System, Flexible Tube for Air Supply, Car Exhaust System- from Warm-up Catalytic Converter to Tail pipe.
Auto Parts Shanghai / Auto Manufacturing Shanghai 2007 will assemble 250 exhibitors from 14 countries/regions under one roof, bringing an insight on new products and advanced technology. Renowned exhibitors include ExxonMobil, Bayer, 3M, Dayco, Philips Lighting, Atotech, Dow Corning, Fleetguard, Gentex, Invista, Wai Transpo, Han's Laser, Dieffenbacher, Kunststoff-Froehlich GmbH, Vi-chem, Shinco, Wacker and Momentive, etc.
